Map 4 - MY GROWTH PLAN: Scaling with Purpose (Weeks 6-8)

How much time does it take each week?

The course is designed for busy owners running a real business. In the self-paced course, most students spend a few focused hours per week - and because it's self-paced, falling behind isn't a thing. The course simply waits for you. In the live cohort, you'll meet for a 90-minute live class each week, plus hands-on work outside of class applied directly to your business.

What if I don't want to build a huge company?

Growth on your terms is the whole point. Whether you want to scale to a team of fifty or simply build a business that runs without consuming your life, the maps help you grow deliberately - with systems, healthy margins, and decisions you've actually thought through.

Is the certificate legitimate?
