SPONSORED ENTREPRENEURSHIP PROGRAMS
Give more people a practical way to build what comes next.
My Venture Coach helps nonprofits, workforce programs, community organizations, and funders bring stage-based entrepreneurship education to the people they serve.
Sponsor a program participants can access at no cost to them, with the level of human support they need and the progress reporting your team requires.
- Courses matched to idea, launch, and growth-stage decisions
- Self-paced learning or live cohorts with direct access to Kristi
- Applied work, certificates, and agreed program reporting
MEET PARTICIPANTS WHERE THEY ARE
One program can respect many different futures.
Your participants may be testing an idea after work, rebuilding after a setback, or ready to make an existing business stronger. They bring different responsibilities, resources, and goals into the room.
My Venture Coach separates the Map, Launch, and Grow stages so each person can focus on the decisions in front of them. Your organization gets a shared program structure without forcing everyone through the same starting point.
Every valid path counts
Some participants want extra income from a side hustle. Others want a flexible business that supports their life, or a company that can grow into full-time work and create jobs.
Your program gives each person room to define success for themselves and build at a pace their life can support.
Progress your team can see
Before the program begins, we agree on the participation and completion information your team needs. Available reporting can include:
- Enrollment, attendance, and course activity
- Assignments and business deliverables completed
- Final projects, course completion, and certificates earned
- CEP progress when your program includes the full pathway
You receive a clear view of how participants moved through the program, based on the scope we set together.
PROGRAM FIT
Built for organizations advancing economic mobility.
My Venture Coach works with nonprofits, workforce-development programs, education partners, community organizations, and funders that want participants to explore entrepreneurship as a practical path forward.
Programs can support people who have faced barriers to traditional employment or business resources, including poverty, incarceration, immigration, or recovery. We speak to participants as capable adults with experience, ideas, and agency.
CHOOSE THE SUPPORT LEVEL
Match the delivery model to the people you serve.
Self-paced courses
Participants learn on their own schedule through focused lessons, workbooks, quizzes, and applied projects.
Live cohorts with Kristi
Weekly classes add direct teaching, questions, feedback, peer connection, and accountability. Participants complete the same core course with more human support.
Workshops and focused support
Add topic-specific workshops, individual coaching, or Venture Community access when those services support your program goals.
We build the mix around your participants, timeline, budget, and reporting needs.
A PARTNER WHO UNDERSTANDS THE WORK
Your team should not have to build this program from scratch.
We begin with the people you serve, the outcomes you need to document, and the resources your organization can sustain. Then we shape the courses, delivery, support, and reporting around that reality.
Kristi Mitchell, MBA, leads each partner program. She brings 40 years building and leading businesses, 15 years teaching entrepreneurship and working with founders, and the operating experience of a former Fortune 500 executive.
Kristi continues to lead GCR Security Experts, a multi-million-dollar company with roughly 150 employees serving individual and Fortune 500 clients. Your participants learn from someone who understands both the early uncertainty of a new idea and the responsibilities that come with growth.
FROM CONSULTATION TO DELIVERY
A clear process your team can put into motion.
We handle the education and program setup with you, so your staff can stay focused on participant relationships and the work your organization already does well.
01
Define the people and the purpose
We discuss participant needs, business stages, funding goals, enrollment, timing, and the progress your team must document.
02
Build the program scope
We select the course stages, delivery format, support, certificates, schedule, and reporting. You receive a proposal your team can review and approve.
03
Launch, support, and review
We set up participant access, deliver the program, monitor agreed milestones, and review participation, completion, and certificate results with your team.
RECOGNIZE PROGRESS
Give participants something meaningful to celebrate.
Each course ends with practical work for the participant's business and a certificate that recognizes what they completed. That milestone gives your program a clear completion point and gives participants a visible record of their progress.
If your organization sponsors all three stages, participants can keep building toward the Certified Entrepreneurial Professional designation. Map, Launch, and Grow remain valuable achievements on their own, and together they create a natural path to broader recognition.
Explore the Optional CEP Pathway
Course certificates can stand alone. When an organization wants a complete three-course credential pathway, participants may build toward the Certified Entrepreneurial Professional designation by earning all three course certificates and passing the comprehensive CEP exam.
